Bruno Mars Rise Due to Remix
24K Magic has surged recently due to the strong presence of it’s new single, “Finesse”. After a successful remix with rapper Cardi B has taken YouTube and the radio by storm, the album has reaped the benefits. Although the remix is responsible for the recent success, for tracking purposes the charts merge the data with the original version. Combined data contributes to the units of the song’s parent album.
24K Magic hasn’t ranked this high since April 2017 when it placed at number 4. The album has not been in the top 10 since early September when it was number 10. Bruno’s album peaked during its debut at the number 2 spot back in December of 2016.
January 13th’s dated Billboard Hot 100 chart featured “Finesse” debuting at number 35. It is anticipated that the song will take a large leap up on the January 20-dated chart. Perhaps in the top five. You can expect highlights of the new Hot 100 and its entire top to be announced on Tuesday, January 16th.
