Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine Tour Surpasses $100 Million at Box Office

Ariana Grande has officially crossed another major career milestone with her Eternal Sunshine Tour, which wrapped its 41 show run Tuesday, Sept. 1, at London’s O2 Arena.

According to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore, the tour generated $107.9 million in gross revenue and sold 638,000 tickets across its three month run.

While the Eternal Sunshine Tour was considerably shorter than Grande’s previous three headline tours, it delivered her strongest per show numbers to date. The trek averaged approximately $2.6 million and 15,600 tickets per concert, representing increases of 74% and 14%, respectively, over the previous best averages set by her Sweetener World Tour.

The 2019 Sweetener World Tour averaged $1.5 million per show and 13,700 tickets, while Grande’s Dangerous Woman Tour and The Honeymoon Tour each featured substantially more dates. Despite its smaller overall footprint, the Eternal Sunshine Tour demonstrated just how much Grande’s live drawing power has grown in the years since her last tour.

The tour included 11 stops, with nine in the United States, one in Canada and one in the United Kingdom. Grande’s 10 night engagement at London’s O2 Arena stands as the biggest single venue run of her career, generating $27.7 million and selling 179,000 tickets.

The North American portion of the tour was particularly successful. Its 31 shows generated $80.2 million and sold approximately 459,000 tickets, making it the highest grossing leg of any Grande tour to date.

The tour also marked Grande’s return to the road after a seven year break. It followed the release of 2020’s Positions and the 2024 album Eternal Sunshine, which served as the trek’s namesake. During the tour, Grande also released her latest album, Petal, on July 31 as she concluded a three night engagement at Montreal’s Bell Centre.

All three albums have topped the Billboard 200, while each era has produced at least one Billboard Hot 100 No. 1.

Grande’s box office history has grown substantially since her first reported concert at The Fillmore in Silver Spring, Maryland, on Aug. 13, 2013. That performance grossed $59,000 from 2,000 tickets sold, with tickets priced as high as $32.

Through 270 reported shows, Grande has now grossed $351.4 million and sold 3.4 million tickets, highlighting the extraordinary growth of her touring career over the past decade.

With the Eternal Sunshine Tour now in the books, Grande has added another major achievement to a live career that continues to reach new commercial heights.
