Bruno Mars 24K Magic Tour Has  Already Earned 240 Million

The ongoing tour has now sold more than 2.3 million tickets. Because of these numbers, Bruno Mars is the top-grossing touring artist based on $28 million in sales. These earnings are from concerts in Latin America and Australia that kicked off his 24K Magic tour’s second year on the road. Gross figures bring the tour’s overall revenue total to $240 million thus far. That is more than 2.3 million sold tickets since the tour launched in March of 2017.

When this year’s tour opened on January 31st it consisted of three stadium dates in Mexican cities. Monterrey hosted the first concert at Estadio Universitario. Bruno Mars then played a two night engagement at Mexico City’s Foro Sol stadium on February 2nd and 3rd. The final show in the country was in Guadalajara at Estadio Akron on February 5th. As a result, those three venues overall attendance count reached over 178 thousand. Box office revenue for the shows topped $15.7 million. Not bad.

 

Bruno Mars 24K Magic Tour: Australia and Elsewhere

Following the Latin run, as part of Bruno Mars residency at the Park Theater at the Monte Carlo Resort, there were four shows in Las Vegas. Mars kicked off the 24K Magic tour’s only trek through Oceania on February 27th in Auckland, New Zealand. After, he headed to Australia for a run of 14 shows in five markets during March. In Sydney, Bruno sold out five concerts at Qudos Bank Arena from March 17th through the 24th. These shows grossed $9.2 million from a total of over 88 thousand sold seats. The final sets of the Australia tour were two sets at Perth Arena. The Perth shows added $3.4 million to the tour’s overall earnings and were on March 28th and 29th.

Bruno Mars is currently on the road in Asia and will remain on the continent through mid-May. However, there are festival appearances booked in Europe this summer and a final sweep through North American cities in the fall. Bruno’s tour is set to wrap up at the end of October. payday loan
